Toss-Up Tuesday: TV Series - Castlevania
Today's Toss-Up Tuesday features the web television series
I finished the second season of Castlevania recently and I can't wait for the third season to come out.
Admittedly, the dialogue is often cheesy or just plain terrible, but the overall plot is decent and the action is great. I was also a fan of the video game series (and may even resume playing a game or two in honor of the television series), so to see this series based on the games is satisfying - and to see it succeed is all the more satisfying!
For those who don't mind language or gory violence, I would highly recommend the series to adults who are either fans of action series or movies or fans of the video game series (there were a handful of moments where I felt the writers captured the spirit of the game beautifully).
