Leinenkugel's Canoe Paddler tastes a lot like Natty Boh except possibly cleaner/crispier. 5:50PM PT

20160522: [20160708 Edit]
This beer was decent. It didn't have a wheat taste. It had a slightly bright taste with a light hint of some other flavor, possibly the rye. Overall, it wouldn't fall under consideration as a favorite, but it's not bad.

Website Information:
Canoe Paddler

In 1906, the Kölsch-style beer originated from the Cologne region of Germany as a crisp and light beer to combat the summer heat. All Kölsch-style beers are easy-drinking and crisp, but Leinenkugel's® Canoe Paddler® adds a touch of rye for a slightly spicy flavor and a clean, dry finish. It's our take on a German classic that's perfect for winding down and relaxing.

Awards
In 2013, Canoe Paddler won a Gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival® in the German-Style Kölsch Category
