So I was mostly studying while this movie was going on. I certainly got the gist of it. There weren't many characters to follow like in The Godfather (1972).

At first the movie wasn't that interesting. Then in the middle it got interesting. Then it almost ended badly. But then it was sort of a good ending.

I do, however, want to read the short story and compare how I would interpret the story with what was portrayed in the movie. I think the ideas conveyed are important. But the actual nature of the condition seems odd. What happened in the movie was a mix of ideas.

WARNING, POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD.

At the beginning he's a baby and his size is that of a person of his expected age, and his mentality is that of his expected age, but he is physical features are of an old person. Most of this continues. And he is learning. Then all of a sudden when he is old, with being physically young, he also becomes structurally young. Instead of a old frame with young features and old mentality. It's possible he was mentally old. It begins a little hard to tell and the movie becomes confusing for me. Perhaps it was because I wasn't paying attention.

END POSSIBLE SPOILERS.

I found the relationship between the mother and daughter a little strange too.

So this is one of the many posts I labeled with "touch-up after exam." Unfortunately, aside from modifying the format of the post, I can't do much in the way of elaborating my thoughts on the movie. I can say that for the most part, I enjoyed the movie. I recall all the emotions were powerful.

SPOILER ALERT.

My one upset comes from the fact that he was physically a baby at birth and physically at death.

END SPOILER.
