Note: Keyboard and Mouse Options

Problem: Can't click touchpad while using keyboard.
Solution: Below.

20160126:
On various occasions I've needed to press a key while simultaneously clicking with the touchpad but it didn't seem to work.* As a result, I would go and grab an external mouse; situation solved. Today, however, I was dissatisfied with that solution. (In other words, I didn't want to go and grab my mouse.) Upon doing a little Google search, I learned that this behavior was a result of default keyboard/touchpad settings under Windows.
